Working
together

One creative partner, from the initial concept to finished delivery—across digital, video, web and print.

A clear brief and quote
Before we begin, you’ll receive a written quote setting out the scope, deliverables, timing and price, including any applicable GST. We’ll agree on what you need to supply and what you’ll receive at handover.
50% to get started
For most projects, an initial payment of 50% is required before work starts and is credited against the total fee. The balance is due after approval and before final files are released or your website goes live. Larger projects may use an agreed milestone schedule. Unless your quote says otherwise, invoices are payable within seven calendar days.
Room to refine
Unless your quote specifies otherwise, two rounds of revisions to the selected direction are included. Each round is one consolidated set of feedback. Corrections needed to meet the agreed brief don’t count towards those rounds.
No surprise extras
If the brief changes or you need additional work, I’ll explain the extra fee and any effect on timing for your written approval before proceeding. Printing, fonts, stock images, hosting and other third-party costs will be identified and agreed separately where applicable.
Keeping things moving
We’ll agree on dates for content, feedback and approvals. If either of us encounters a delay, we’ll discuss a revised schedule. If essential feedback or materials remain outstanding for 14 days, the project may pause after written notice, with a restart date agreed around availability.
If plans change
If you cancel, the account will be reconciled against work reasonably completed and approved costs that can’t be recovered. Payments already made count towards that amount, and any excess is refunded. The initial payment is not automatically non-refundable. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain unaffected.
A clear handover
Your quote will specify the final files, any editable files, usage rights and ongoing support included. Rights in original final artwork agreed for transfer take effect on full payment under the written project agreement. Fonts, software and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

This is an overview of the usual process. Your quote and accompanying project terms set out the agreement for your project and are provided for acceptance before work begins. Any different arrangements are agreed in writing.
