The small print, kept simple
These terms cover use of the Sew Fun for Kids website. Sew Fun for Kids, ABN 96 671 564 468, offers kids’ sewing classes from 4/31 Terminus St, Castle Hill NSW 2154.
From inspiration to a booking
The website introduces the studio and shows examples of sewing projects. Past workshop posters and photographs are inspiration, not a current timetable or an offer of an available place.
The enquiry planner prepares a message for you to copy and send. It does not send an enquiry automatically, reserve a place, take payment or confirm a booking. Please confirm current dates, suitable ages, availability, prices and included materials directly with the studio before making arrangements.
Plans changed?
For cancellations, missed classes, transfers or refunds, contact the studio on 0481 594 716. Before paying, ask for the booking and cancellation conditions that apply to your selected class. These website terms do not set cancellation fees or replace conditions agreed for an individual booking.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. Booking conditions remain subject to those rights.
You can read more about consumer rights and guarantees at the ACCC.
Respect the makers
Website artwork, photographs, logos and written material belong to their respective owners. You may browse the site and share links. Please ask the relevant owner before reproducing material for commercial use, except where the law permits it. Do not reuse photographs of kids without appropriate permission.
Using the website
Please use the site lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with its operation or access information without permission. External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. See our privacy policy for information about this website’s enquiry planner and external links.
